So the our first ultrasound is done! Everything looks good. It was so amazing to see our little “project” wiggling around in there. For those interested, we were mainly there to do testing for birth defects such as down syndrome or neural tube problems ( spina bifida? ). The results of the ultrasound have reduced our risks dramatically, and after the results from the blood test come back, we’ll know almost for certain that everything will be ok.

Until I figure out a more elegant way to post pics, this will just have to do..
